Hey

I was reading the article about installing the jaycar central locking kit. I don't have a jaycar near me, but when i was looking around jb hifi the other day i noticed they had them as well. They cost 45dollars, but would i be able to install them following the guide in the Tech Docs?

Cheers

PS: someone right a quick guide to removing the dash in a EF Futura.

Cheers Again

You shouldn't have too many hassles - most kits are pretty similar, right down to the wire colours (which might vary slightly).

You probably already know that you could run yours with a smartlock keyfob if you also wired it up to the XG BEM.

NP.
You would also need to wire in a plug for the boot switch so you could train the smartlock keyfob.
