hey guys im thinking of a manual conversion for my ef fairmont.
before i shop around for quotes i thought id ask here first. Roughly how much would the whole job cost? and is it worth doing?
If anyone has previously done a manual conversion to their car some feedback on how it went would be awesome.
Cheers[/b][/quote]

OUCH $1250???

Im gonna do the manual conversion when i blow up the autobox :).

As it goes its good to shop around because i know that in SA there are a few wreckers that will do a manual box for $450, a pedal box for $90 changeover and then u need the ecu which is $100.

But when my old work gets one in they will give me a call cause i can get the box for $250-$375, pedalbox for $50 changeover and ecu dirt.

Hope it helps.

But as far as complete conversions kev is on the mark
