howdy has anyone found any updated information on laws about changing dashes if anyone wanted to put a fairlane dash into a ED futura model what is the law if the new fairlane dash reads slightly lower kms than the old futura dash can you just put the written notice letting people know the changes e.g. 190000kms fairlane dash installed into the ED futura at 230000kms. e.g. 230000kms take 190000kms gives you the difference in kms to add to the fairlaine dash to give the vehicle. could you give me some updated information on changing dashes if they read slightly different kms that question is only if you cant callibrate the dash to read the true millege of the car does anyone know how to reprogram a digital odometer as thats harder that analogue ones. i look foward to your reply

As far as i knew it is ok to do so as long as u write the odo number or the new and old dash then have a justice of the peace sign it, then if you sell the car that info must be presented apon sale.
EG: put paper INSIDE the dash so it can't be lost.
