sorry i might add that when cold at 2000rpm it doesnt make the sound only when warmed up!

yeh i did it right... i thought that may have been the problem before i tried to tune it so i made sure i did it right. then i checkd on wednesday at my work (ford) and they said i was right. i talked to 1 of the guys who also has a kit a little better than mine but still jmm and he reckons he has the same noise. and hes had his car with it for quite a while...
doesnt make sense unless it is a normal noise... but it doesnt sound like it
