Castrol SAF-XA it's the fluid Ford use and warrenty the box with, it's synthetic and I've had no beats with it.
And stick a tube of Nulon G70 it's awsome stuff - I've used it in the Falcoons diff, the Valiants diff and gearbox.

I listed a while ago the alternatives from the other manufacturers.

*Castrol SAF-XA (part number: 118975 I think) - this is the one I ended up going with!
*Mobil SHC ID
*Penzoil GPS 80W-140
*Penrite 10 Tenths Synthetic 80W-140
Valvoline SYN 75W-140

By the way, capacity of the diffs is 1.6 liters each.

Currently I'm using Penrite 140 LSD oil in my diff, 88EA with 3.27 LSD, and works just fine.
