You need to remove the "scrivets" & phillips headed screws from the front of the plastic inner guards that attatch to the bumper, & remove 1 each side 1, 10mm headed nut, this holds the plastic inner guard to the chassis bracket. remove the plastic cover under the bonnet, & remove the large scrivets. loosen the screws for the indicators, and remove the indicator, by pulling it towards the front, its clipped in. Then unplugging the light, then down inside will be 1 each side a 13mm headed nuts. These attatch the bumper to the guards. You will need a deep socket for it.
Underneath those will be 1 each side a phillips head screw. Remove the splash guard/deflector underneath, just unscrew it from the front of the 'K' frame. Disconnect the cornering lights, if fitted. Towards the front, but inside the bumper are 4 X 15mm headed nuts, they hold the bumper assembly to the car. Be careful, the bumper will want to fall then, so have a large rag there to sit it on. This is the bumper removed as an assembly that can be broken down further from there, this will include drilling rivets out, if I remember.
