hey all, the coolant light on my dash is constantly on, checked the reservoir and it's completely full. is the sensor stuffed? any way i can fix it or do i havta get a new one?

Mine is the same. Sometimes it will flash on and off for a couple of days, then be fine, with no loss of coolant...

The sensor float has absorbed water. Remove it dry it out and seal it and you're all good.

it is common for these to stuff up rememeber it is over 20 years old they are not exspensive you are better off to just replace it

yep it is stuffed. Has happened to BOTH my cars. A cheap way to fix is it is to unplug it and remove the globe from the dash
it is a good idea to replace it, not many other cars have this good little feature

I read that & thought, geez ed's are 20 years old!, there about 12 yeard old aren't they?
