What tool would I need to undo the bolts that hold the front seats in in an EL?
Looks like a form of torx screw?
thanks.

Yeah it's a torx head on it. it's a bolt not a screw. I think it's a T45, I'll check tomorrow, but Repco sell them. if you drive your car there they'll let you take a couple out and check it's the right size (unless there really big a***hole - which is quiet possible too). BUt it's something around T45.

just go to d**k smith electronics and buy an assorted screw bit toolkit. It has heaps of torx bolts and they work great. Only costs like $10. I've had mine for years.

when i changed the seats in my ute, i changed to normal bolts (instead of re-using the Torx bolts). that way if i have a problem i dont need a special toolbit.

All I know is my T50 did not fit, it was too big for the hole, I had to get a T45 which fitted perfectly.
