Does anyone know if head bolts for AU111 windsor are torque to yeild or not?

aer you asking if you need new head bolst should you be removing/reinstalling them? coz yes. you do need new bolts.

I don't reckon au head bolts (esp on the v8s) are torque to yeild (just did some research on another forum). That being said, if they run true to form, like I6 bolts, it may be worth the extra 50 or 100 bucks to change them rather than have one fail when you are reassembling out in the scrub. 8-)

Yeah thats what i thought BS. when did head gasket on my old xh6 cly it needed torque to yeild. Have ordered some anyway, 75 bucks :)
