i just put a spac dash in my gl falcon every thing works fine in it exept th elow coolant light comes up with low coolant but i have flushed the radiator and toped it up, im not sure if its afecting my temperature gauge i have the car started for at least 5 mins and teh guge just moves a lil bit just over the blue line would this afect my aircon because its not turning on and how can i fix this

ok back to the start, sorry if i offend you with a simple question but you have to ask....have you got the sensor in the bottle? if so has it been connected to the loom?

Mate you will need the low coolant level sensor.
You could be lazy like me and just bypass the light with a simple small piece of wire. Did you change your oil pressure sender aswell? If not add that to the list of things to add.

its a standard ea falcon........so i supose it doesnt have a sensor.
Can i just take the globe out, if not where do i bridge the light? Will this have anything to do with my aircon not working? I have changed the oil pressure sender.

yes you can just take the bulb out.
no it wont have anything to do with your air con not working

when u took the dash apart u might have effected the aircon.

Just swapping the cluster should`nt affect the aircon...and yeah, pull the globe from the dash, easier than fitting level sensor or bridging wires. second the oil pressure sender, seen too many ppl not do it...

have already changed the oil pressure sender, any idea why the aircon wont switch on?

how did ya hook the tacho up?
