Hey,

As the title suggests! um im having trouble removing the dash to get to BEM. all the locks are screwed in place and have been test by hand. they all work, but now comes the wiring :S

Could someone please grab a picture of an EF dash and point out the screws etc that i need to remove in order to get to the BEM. Or if there is an easier way of unplugging the wire harness that would be greatly appreciated

Cheers

from memory...

3 screws under lip of instrument cluster behind steering wheel.
1 screw to the right of the sterring wheel, under the lip near the ignition.
1 screw to the left of the steering wheel, near the central locking button.

1 screw behind ashtray (pull out ashtray, there is a screw on the left in a hole).

Think thats it...

then once you take out out the ashtray facia that goes around the cd player, there will be one in the right bottem corner and one in the top left corner behind where the facia was. then just move it all around a little and lift it out a few inches so you can undo all the plugs. then theres 2 screws which hold the bem in and a whole lot of wiring :P

have fun
