My ed has a bad miss on petrol and i have changed the plugs,leads,cap & rotor button can anybody suggest a way to fix this?

Have you had a look at the coil, they don't last very long, the get cracks in them, under the mounting bracket??

hi
when you say on petrol i guess your car is duel fuel?? if its always run on lpg i would be looking at your injectors.. as some times when you run on lpg the petrol left in the fuel rail evaporates leaving a residue that could block your injectors... |

Yes it is.
i alternate between gas & petrol and the injectors were checked 1 year ago. But there is still a miss on gas but not as bad as on petrol troyman??

if the coil is (nearly new) it could still be faulty, try another coil and if it fixes your problem take the first one back and get your $$$ back on warranty,

i will try another coil and see if it will fix the problem.

all modern gas systems use throttle position sensors . fact.
and have a look at the ego sensor as well to make sure
