hey guyz jsut wondering is it possiable to hook up my Laptop and use it as a tacho meter and get diagnpstics form it while driving.

sure, just depends how much effort you want to put in. It wouldn't be easy and it could be incredibly difficult depending on what car you have.

You need an OBD-II PWM (Ford Interface) Diagnostic interface to plug into the car. You can then run free software and extract all the info to your PC.
Note that I just sold mine for $10.50. Bargain!. Oh well. |

can something like this be done on a e-series, evan though there not OBD2 ecu's.
