So do you want to remove the hotdog or the main muffler?

Removing the Hotdog will give you a better / louder note... but will still be ok

Removing the main muffler would be catostrofic, it would be loud as f**k

If the system is still standard, having the CAT, first resonator, main muffler, the 2nd resonator. So if you remove only the main muffler, it won't be much louder, but performance will be up a little.

ok so you dont have the hotdog at the rear???

that means you only have the cat and one muffler is that what you mean??

if you take your muffler off with just the cat it will be really loud i mean ugly loud lol..
it will drone and you may possably loose performance...

if you want to make it sound a bit deeper you can put a 3" pipe from the muffler to the back of the car but it still might resonate/drone alittle ..
but its up to you...

Not to mention cop bait... the sound levels would be very illegal... imo u currently running the bare minimum that ne 1 would have on a exhaust as it is... or if ne thing f**k the hotdog off if u must have it louder...

i think he means that he has the cat then muffler then a hotdog!!!
i rekon get rid of the muffler cause i doubt you will lose any noticable power
