This below was taken from the wade forum

Specs wise, the 1604 has less lift and duration (both advertised and @ 0.050") on the exhaust side than the 1004. The phase angle is 113 degrees.

The advertised timing is IN. 20 - 64 EX. 59 - 17.
Cam lift IN. 0.241" EX. 0.237".
Duration @ 0.050" IN. 204 degrees. EX. 192 degrees.

Can somebody please relate this to the recent rpd R6 cam.. as I was hoping to get one of them, but now have to find a suitable replacement.. can somebody help me out with how they will relate to each other power and torque wise
