Hi guys long time listener first time caller,(joke).
Just found this site as i am looking to make my BA ute go a bit better through the ECU if possible. It has a stock motor with headers,hi flow cat and a sports muffler and i have opened up the airbox with 2 cold air inlets it goes better than it did but i want more for less. I am 44 (old codger) but i still race MX here in Queensland in the (old and fat)Veterans class, that's why i bought the BA. My deal is this. FORD cars. TOYOTA commercials. HONDA motorcycles. Any ECU and fuel tech appreciated sorry about the long intro.

CAPA (and a couple of other places) do reflashes of the pcm which are dyno tuned. i have only heard good things about them too

Yeah, Ive got a capa flash tuner in my ba fairmont. Engines more responsive and a lot more power, cant go wrong just go to a good tuner.

Shawzie mate does the unit stay in the car or do you just flash it and take it out.
And what's the chances Shawzie old mate of borrowing it if it comes out for a few hundred and flashing my rig?

once you flash a car you cant use it on another unless you take it off the 1st car and use it on another. the unit plugs into your car and adjusts settings on your comp then you simply unplug it and away you go. a custom tune is the best way to go (comes with 3 factory settings from capa) but if you get a custom tune your better off getting a good cai and exhaust first because if you change anything later you'll need to get another custom tune done
