My odometer lights are very dim - have to look really close to see the numbers. If the globes were blown wouldn't it be completely black?

No some light gets in throught the plastic.

Globes blown. replace it!

Thanks. another job for tomorrow. I've got a similar prob with the clock (half the numbers are showing) so I guess that is a similar problem.

check the globe slot it sits in, mine did the same thing turned out to be a bad connection I turned it 90 and went back 2 normal.
