Depends what model AU you have. TE50 bars have the grille and the bar as 1 piece.
If you have:
au1 forte, futura, xl, xls, s, classic, au2 xl, xls, au3 xl, xls then yes you need to change the bonnet.
If you have an AU1 fairmont, au2 forte, futura, classic, s, sr, au3 forte, fairmont, futura, sr then you keep the current bonnet.

You can buy a TE50 bar to suit the crease bonnet but it doesn't looks as good.

The first thing needed to know is what series is you Au and what series TE/TS50 front bar do you want to put on? Are you looking for a full kit? Are you after original of fiberglass? Is your AU a Forte, XR or Fairmont? TE/TS series used High series bonnets etc. Once armed with this info we can be of some help. Don't know where you will get an early series TE/TS front from other than original and then you will be lucky big time (Big Bucks as well) even late series TE/TS original bars are very hard to come by. They are available in Fiberglass though and I can recommend Carmate http://www.carmate.com/index.php have some at good price, they do the fill kit as well as the XR50 bar.

Nice statement from someone so young who has asked many questions himself and expected an anwser, could have easily said "look yourself" when you asked. I thought this site was about helping and sharing knowlege not being a smart a*** when someone asks a question.

You will be a straight up fit. Check fit, paint and bolt up, same lights, you will only need to connect fog lights.

Check the AWC web site, http://www.awcinfo.com/index.php they have TS kits for wagons. The front bar is the same for all High series AU but the side skirts fore a wagon are longer than for a sedan. Another site is Carmate in Sydney, http://www.carmate.com/index.php . Good luck with your mods.
