lost a set of keys and want to reprogram a new set in. i've got the instructions for the fob, but not the key. any help?

Cheers What model are we talking about here? The EL doesn't have a Programed Key. That wasn't till the AU I with Smartsheild. about 5/6-99.

EL. i want to add a new key if i can, maybe remove all keys and add the ones i still have.
or is it a ford service job?

you don't need to on EL. AUI Update was the first to get smartshield, which is the system that requires the programing of the keys. so, any falcon pre AUI update will not require/cannot have keys programed into it. just go get a key cut as you would do for a door lock
