Try steaming them off with kettle.

If that fails try pure alcohol (not the drink kind sorry)

When I work in Perth as a Courier we had to remove the companies stickers from the paintwork before we changed cars. The best way we found was to. Start at one end with a boiling kettle and slowly peel the sticker off the paintwork whilst moving the kettle, keeping up with the sticker as it came of the paintwork. Give it a go it was very easy, the stickers we had went the full length of the vans and we never damaged the paint once.
