Ok im over any hope of getting forced induction on my car (after a short discussion with my insurer, my insurance will almost double if i do) so im gonna go the NA route, so first up is a BBM conversion, my questions are, can i use my Tbody and accelerator cable (ED), or do i need the EF/EL ones, how is the manifold actuated, is it by vacume, or is it electrical (a solenoid or motor), im planning on using a shift light set at 3800Rpm to change the runner length, and also how much would a BBM and the entire intake system be worth from the wreckers?

OK I'm game enough to ask now, what is a BBM? I've got no idea what that acronym means.

BBM = Broad Band Manifold, its ok, there are that many acronyms floating around these days its scary. ahhh, so the bbm is Vacume actuated (im assuming a small valve opens at 3800rpm to allow the vac actuator to open the BBM, shouldnt be too hard to maguyver it into my car then, will let youse know how it goes (i will be sourcing the parts this week)
