i am building an off road vehicle and have used the componentry from a wrecked EL GLi falcon ie motor, auto tranny, ecu, bcm and wiring loom.
The problem being that the motor wont fire up, no power to fuel pump or ignition system. All fuses have been checked and replaced. Ignition has been left in the on postion for 90 mins to reprogram ecu ( instructions from local auto sparkx).Smart lock light flashes with key in off position.
Do i have a faulty ecu or bcm unit ? What else can i check ? If bcm is faulty can it be bypassed and deleted from wiring harness.

Have you checked the Main relay and the Fuel pump relay.??
If the Main relay doesn't work, no fuel pump, no spark, no injector pulse.
