hey guys,

just a quick question that GTHOFAN brought to my attention...

i have at the moment in my EBII Falcon

FRONT: king superlows with shortened monroe GT GAS
REAR: King lows with normal monroe gt gas (i think)

the car sits a little bit too much in the rear, i dont have the money to drop the front "properly" to make it sit level.

i went to pedders and they first suggested their shortened shockers for the front but it was something like $600! i have not got that much money to spend on my car at the moment!

my next option pedders suggested was to put in some kind of 1cm spacer thing in the rear suspension to raise the back 1cm (to make it look a little bit more level) around $100

a mate suggested to me to get pedders low springs in the front as they are between king supers and king lows in height... resulting in a nice ride height and ok ride quality with the monroe gt's in the front.

any thoughts on this? cheers :)

why don't you buy a set of super low rear King Springs to level your car out, they can be bought anything from $120 up if you shop around and are easy to fit.

Let me get this straight, you said it sits a little bit too much in the rear. Now do you mean too high or too low in the rear, going by the later part of your post regarding spacers for the rear you are meaning too low in the rear?
