It's a mates sale, but remember these are GENUINE, worth in excess of $2000 when new for rims alone (and this set was the last set from our local ford dealer only approx 2 years ago)
Tyres for 17" rims can be had cheap anyway as they're so common now. |

if there genuine that definatly makes them worth more but the only problem is they make these wheels after market...
i was looking at getting after market gt rims when i got my mags but desided against it... good luck with the sale mate. i hope your mate gets what he wants for them...

well for 1000 their pretty cheap for genuine...good luck with the sale. Would have been interested when I bought the car last year, have 17" quakes on now, unless he wants to swap.

Firstly, no need to come in here telling him how much something is worth - does not help his efforts to sell his wheels. Secondly - aftermarket copies are 17 X 8", not 17 X 8.5" like these genuines. The size difference in the aftermarket copies is distinguishable in the thickness of the spoke and the overall dish of the rim. His price-tag is fair IMHO...if they were mint, I think he'd have my interest too ! Cheers, Steve |

I've never checked but I'd imagine the genuine items would be lighter than the copies also (even with the copies being narrower!) which would make a decent performance difference.

spewin that my car is now off the road and getting wrecked, was after a set of these... and i think the price is more than reasonable!
hope he gets more than that
