I'm trying to get the rear roof lining (ie from the cargo area) out of my wagon so I can fix the sagging. I got stuck when I got to the part where I need to remove the 2 side strips, and the plastic strip that runs across the roof where the front and back sections of the lining meet.
Obviously, I could just use brute force and rip it all out, but I need to be able to put it all back together neatly again! Is anyone able to get me any pointers? Thanks!

Thanks! I was hoping someone might be able to tell me where the clips are, and how they work, so I know what angle to come at them from! I was able to get all the other plastic bits off enough to see what those clips looked like, and figured them out. Oh, and the only tools I have are a phillips head, some pliers, and a swiss army knife (fun fun!)..... LOL But I don't think I need anything else just for working on the interior

The ford manual gives some pretty good diagrams, unfortunately the books too bulky to put on the scanner - can you get hold of an EF or EL ford shop manual ??

just close your eyes and pull, if you break one or two its ok! normally they dont break the metal on the end of the extrusion sort of bends straight and either stays stuck in the roof or comes off, this part can be easily bent into place with your thumb once putting it back into place.... but yeah it is a bit of a b**ch not knowing if you broke it or got it right...
