Still having probs with the el. the thing goes to WOT around a 90 degree corner and wont even come close to spinning the inside wheel.
wont rev up well, has cold start stutters and all most dies and from 20 to 0 k's it shudders breafly on the change from 2 to 1. 0-100 would be well over 10 seconds. was about 8 before its getting ridiculas. new coil, new dissy, swapped for a diff map sensor, and im not NOT losing coolent. fuel economies bad because i need to use more throttle then usual. not because it's running lean i dont think. problems started after i installed a new oxy sensor. i might find the old one and give it another bash.

i did reset the ecu. the only other thing i could really think of is if it was loosing compression. therefore, by by head gasket... *Sniff sniff*

na, figured it out.
the spark plug cracked cyl.2 and cyl3 had a busted lead. after swapping out the leads and the plug we changed the dissy and coil, as i suspect the plug and lead probably did one of them in. so the reason for the wierd voltages the thing still run like s**t, but ford dont sell the orginal dissy anymore. its some other brand and the cap looks different. after the new one went in the timing marks on the new dissys are different from the orginal and the mechanic didn't notice. honest mistake. so it wasn't the oxy, and if your replacing the dissy, put a timing light on the new ones cause they are the same as the old ones!
