no. and ive been told to use gasket goo on new ones to for extra seal. gaskets r cheap.

I wouldn't be using gasket goo on it. Maybe ACL Holymer or something like that maybe...
|

I used to use #3 on all decks/heads when i worked in the shop.
But later it proved to be more of a pain if the gasket goes again. All the std gaskets have some baking agent and don't need additional sealant. AU's should in theroy solve the head problems.

$398 for a gasket? I knew the NZ dollar wasnt worth much but i didnt think it was that bad
your probably getting quoted on the kit there. The gaskets here are less than $100 im sure
