-beefed up auto
-stg 2 shift kit.

Have you checked the torque convertor bolts?????
Have you checked the mounts and bolts????

this was a new tranny they did for me for the turbo setup, i have since got to get shift kit adjusted also have a tranny service...... have not had any time...

sounds like the bolts keeping the drive plate are loose
