Ive got the Haltech one, although never used it so dont know what its like. Paid $550 or so.

err, what exactly is the main benefit of this over the stock sensor (ie: what else does it do) It seems pretty expensive for a sensor.

stock sensors can only really say lean, rich or stoich. It is hopeless trying to tune with them and dangerous to trust one on a boosted engine. Widebands tell you exactly what the AFR are and are essential for tuning.

I see, so I guess you could hook up an air/fuel meter to it, consequently very helpful in boosted application. I wasn't aware how simple the stock sensors were.
