Does anyone know where I can source an EL2 xr8 ecu from in W.A. or where I should begin to look?

I've had the twEECer fitted to my car, an EL1 xr8, and the ecu won't respond to any changes made when programming. I had Terry from BPT trying for 1 and a half hours to get it to respond and no deal. It didn't want to play. They have fitted them to plenty of series 2s with positive response from their ecus so rather than screwing around with the code in mine, it may be easier to just get me another pooter for my car.
