We stuffed this one up but the concept is sound and now that I know how to put it together the next one will work out very good, this is a heater core from an XD, with 1.6mm steel plate and some bends, we tried many methods of joining the tanks to the heater core but were unsuccesful, so the next one will just encapsulate the core, so no joining required, I'll probably double stack two cores when I do the next one.

Anyway, good for a laugh, it cost virtually nothing and once made properly it sould work very well.
