2nd hand yes you could get those for $400.

If you want new then you have to pick - catback or cheap extractors.

xr6 intake is around $40-50 these days.

wuld i gain anything with the xr6 intake, it'l be an el 1 so i can easily fit it myself and how much wuld i be expecting 2 pay 4 a set of pacemakers installed?

Heres a novel idea, ring a exhaust place and ask them, in fact ring several and compare prices.

no such thing as "budget installed", for that money get a decent cat-back and tip, youll be happy.

a "cold air intake" will give if your lucky 1>2rwkw, a waste of money untill you have some other mods.

buy a catback for around $220?250 and a cat gaskit $3 and fit it yourself (i assume you have a 13mm spanner) hell if your stock height you wont need to jack the car up . save the rest of the money for extractors/cat.
