G'day all. Just inquiring driving my EF when it gets warmed up it starts to surge or even miss. It only happens at around 2000rpm and with a bit of load (going up hill etc.) Its not a big miss but every now and again. Now I'm guessing plug, leads or coil pack giving up them ghost. At first I though the fuel pump was going but if it was it would splutter at all revs.

Plugs and leads are a good place to start. As is fuel filter....

As said Plugs and leads are a good start, consider these, Vacuum leaks, MAP sensor, dirty injectors, dirty ISC solenoid, fuel filter, and dirty fuel.

Yes I would probably check the Sparkplug leads first though. Sounds like the exact same symptoms I have had in the past with my EL.

Nah neither do I. I've ruled out dirty fuel because it would have burnt through by now. I'm going to start with the plugs. If it ain't them then go leads, coils, injectors, map sensor. I don't think its a vacuum leak 'cause as I said it only happens when its warmed up and only at certain revs. If it was a vacuum leak it would probably happen at all revs.
