Yeh the power read outs are not far off, what torque readings are at the wheels? my motor has a rev limiter to 6700rpm and it gets there in no time.
Whats intake maniflod you running? I think im going to re do my exhaust & HPC coat the extractors to get abit more out of it too.

not sure on torque as yet when its finally tuned next week i'll check those figures but $8,500 seems a good price to me.

I think Dave's problem (EL XR8) would be the same as mine. Once you take the 347 making ~300rwhp, drop on the blower and a tune, and you would be just about pushing the limits of the block.

Well im purchasing BTP under drive pulleys and they recommended me going blower like there car instead of bigger cube & there making 460rwhp and is still going strong & Sam has a customer car making 480rwhp and the motor is 4 yrs old. So i presume bad building preparing of motor and or tune.

I'd like to know how a btr trans will handle that sort of power,or does it really depend on how the vehicle is driven.

My trans is a stocky done about 10,000ks but when i had it recond. info from different shops was u can't really strenghen them in anyway unlike turbo 700 boxs in which $4-$5 grand in upgrades and they're vertually unbreakable

I have a c10 3 speed with a 5 grand converter in mine, nice to drive with.
