When I drive over bumps/etc, there are loud squeaks coming from all round the car. Sounds like hard rubber.
What to replace and how much cost? Where to get it done? Thanks alot in advance...It drives me mental!

The EF's were bad for squeaking upper wishbone bushes and the front swaybar bushes too. Get it checked out if you don't know what your looking at.

I wish i could be f**k getting mine fixed, got the same problem as you mate. Its shameful driving past people and then u hit a small bump and it squeeks......

that’s a ford product the squeak lol my mum used to own a XB about 25 years ago and it squeaked every time it hit a bump or drove up a driveway lol, and we had the bushes replaced and it still did it. thanks ford lol

I think that squeak is actually trademarked as the "Ford squeak"!!!
Had it in my EF (and every other Falcon I've owned!) and in most cases it was sway bar bushes needing to be greased. |
