do the ef tailshaft unis have to be pressed in?
or can i get them out myself?

You need experience & know-how to fit them easily. I use a vice to press them in. Just remember, if your not 110% confident in doing it, then don't, it will be cheaper for a tradey to do it. (I case you stuff it up)
