i am uneducated in this area and want to know how much power difference can new an better injectors make.

Alone - none, unless there is something wrong with your existing ones (i.e. blocked, damaged etc.).

No point going for bigger injectors unless the engine is running lean (i.e. cant get enough fuel thru existing injectors).... heavily worked nat aspirated engines and turbo/supercharged engines go for larger injectors to ensure engine does not lean out.

Old/dirty injectors tend to have disfunctional spray patterns - the fuel does not atomise in the air properly, and they tend to dribble when closed... new injectors will improve idle quality, fuel tends to burn better as the spray pattern is restored.... fuel burns more efficiently.
