Hey guys i want to join a top half and bottom half of a front bumer to make 1 piece

im not sure where to go though
i dont want to do try do it myself, i would rather take it somewhere and get some sort of warranty on the work done
i dont know where to go either, seeing as i have had so many problems with my spray painter i would rather go somewhere that some people here have had a good experience with... if possible

so does anyone know of a good fibreglassing place, or body kit place that would join it for me?

Preferably on North/Western side of melbourne or anywhere really
