Hi all just thaught id post a pic of my front bar repair (in progress)
I smashed it up after hitting some wildlife and have stiched it back together using good old maccano Now I just need to grind, fibreglass, sand, putty, sand, paint, drink beer. --------------- Thaught id also add a pic of it all finished... not bad for a can job.

Its part of the final solution. I have grinded all the screws down on the opposite side.
The whole thing will be fibreglassed to give it some added strength. Then its just a few hours of sanding and blade putty to smooth it all up, and it should look good as new (if I dont screw the paint job up
