Hey everyone, just need to ask a question.
I have to replace my fuel pump very soon as it's cacked itself. Is there any point in my buying a aftermarket fuel pump that is a couple of grades higher? I know that mean i will have to replace my fuel regulator but what does everyong think???????? cheers TURBOFAIRMONT

Why do you think you will need to replace your fuel pressure regulator if you put a higher pressure pump in? You shouldn't as you will still be requring the same pressure in the fuel rail.

Be careful, if you instal a non genuine pump and raise fuel pressure at the fuel rail your ECU could have a hiccup. This also happens with reduced pressure at the fuel rail.
