Just thought I'd share these shots with you guys.

These were taken back in October of 2005 (I can't believe it's been that long, it seems like yesterday), we had a 75 Porsche 911RS carrera (almost fully race modded) and a 74 Porsche 911RSR (this is a le mens car from the 70's but f**k it goes), we also had a nice Farrari 575M Maranello (I got shotgun on the way home but didn't get to drive her on the track).

I drove the 911RS (black Porsche) about 5 sets of 5 and got shotgun in the RSR (white Porsche) for for 5 laps, I only got to watch the 575M (Ferrari) from the sideline, and I have to say that was just as fun. They had a heap of issues with the ABS on the Farrari and ran off the end of the main straight almost every time because it just wouldn't pull up.

It was a top day, one of the most fun days I've ever had, and it was wet which made it interesting too, I'm looking forward to doing it again soon, but this time I want to get the Falcon out there and stick the boot in to see what she's got before I start modding her.

Hope you guys enjoy these pics, sorry if it a bit slow for the 56k's.

Here they are on flickr

Cheers!
