Does anyone know how much trouble it is to put a 6 cyl EL motor into a XF,and would the T5 from the ute fit easily to the motor?Do i need a manual ecu for the engine?not sure if XF engine mounts will fit properly on to an EF block

EF will fit with a little stuffing around

T5 will fit with an e-series bellhousing

Yes you need a manual ECU

XF mounts nearly fit (will fit with some drilling). EF mounts dont fit. EA/EB/ED mounts fit perfectly.
