I'm REALLY wanting to do this, but want an idea of the final look before I commit.

Has anyone done it? Or does anyone have any pictures of other Fairmont wagons without them?

Ambs, hates the damn things....

They're rad!
Roof racks are part of having a wagon!
it'll look like every other pov pack GLi/Futura once there gone!

A nice set of Roof Racks sets a Wagon off, I've got Rhino Sportz Roof Racks & they look great, Wagon's don't look right without Roof Racks..

If you really want to remove it, it will leave several holes in the roof that will need repairing. Would more than likely require a full roof respray.

And yes wagons look naked without racks.

Dont remove them! not only will you have holes where it was attached, but the paint work will also be alot brighter where the rack has been due to fading....

keep them on, it sets it off
