the sub set up that i have at the moment is 1 duel 12" sub box with two clarion 600 watt subs in a completly seald box
my question can thease be taken out of the one duel box and put in to two indivadual boxes so 1 sub to one box

the box i got in the boot is a bit big and plus iam looking to get some boot room back

ok but good luck trying to fit it in that Space gap behind the Seats, Its only about 650-700mm and 2 12" subs alone are 600mm then you have to add about 100mm on either side of each sub for the Box.... You wont save any room, unless you just put one up on that rise and the other left in the boot

alot of guys run their 2x 12"s behind the rear seats in a single sealed enclosure or single box but with an internal wall to create sepearate enclosurs for each sub.

Even easier too if ya handy with fibreglass or willing to give it a crack .. just ensure any enclosure u build leaves a decent air gap between the face of the subs and the backs of the rear seats...if you have the mounted that way so the subs are within the box firing out...
