well if its tagged on the body plate (not the rego label) as aug 92 then its series II also so if its a gli, having a 4.0l engine is the obverse diffrence, ABS was a factory option on EB and EBII as far as i know all EBII had smartlock take a look at you rear quarter vent window should have a smartlock sticker

Keep trying.....WAY off track....same thing applies again....Those keys came out with the Tibbe door locks.

ok, so i know its been a while since i first posted this, but i still havent got it fixed.

what the problem is exactly is that when i start the car all will be fine, but one day the ABS light comes on 5 minutes down the road, the next day it will be 30 minutes down the road. sometimes it doesnt even come on. ive had the ABS kick in a few times, and thank god it did cos it actually saved my car from being hit by a log truck one of the times. i figured that because its not instant and all the time that its not something broken, but maybe something could be loose?

i checked the fuse and had a look at some of the wiring but couldnt see anything wrong. should i just go to a ford service centre or has someone else had a similar problem?
