Hey guys, first post here!
As the Title says, is it possible to swap an AU I6 manual with an AU V8 auto? If so what needs to be changed? will i need a V8 manual bell housing? Cheers Chad |

you want to put the I6 manual into a V8?? if so, you'll need bellhousing, and input shaft, the input shaft on the v8 box is 20mm longer (so im told) and i was also told the flywheel and clutch are different..

pedal box, ECU, there are some wiring changes. probably more to it, but i haven't done a transmission swap. much easier to just buy a factory 5 speed
