Just wondering if it is possible to make the standard ED classic wheels shiny like these ones?

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/1-ONLY-TICKFORD- ... dZViewItem

I have the same ones like that but standard.
I know there the tickford ones but can it be done?

thanks

Ive seen examples of the 5 spoke wheels (and the turbo-blade style)
polished up with a very shiny finish.

I figure it may be harder with the "classic" rims, as the spokes etc
on this type are small and fiddly... thus probably harder to get the
polishing tool to do these??

i have the shiny tickford wheels on my car but when i bought it the plastic clearcoat over the top was all scuffed up so i took them to commercial metal polishers at parafield gdns 82817033,they acid bathed them to remove the plastic then gave em a polish,i'd ring these guys for a defininate yes or no,it cost me around $50 a wheel though, may be cheaper and easier to just buy aset, they're on ebay now and then.
