hi all i have removed the facia on my el futura but do not know how to remove anti theft screws holding head unit in place

buy a screw bit. thats what i did. from bunnings. cost something rediculous like $8 but its paid for itself

you need to go out to tandy or d**k and buy a security bits pack whitch will include the piece you need to undo the screws with

You can do it at zero cost.
Got a set of various sized flat head screwdrivers? Choose the right one which fits in the screw and administer a little bit of elbow grease. Worked for me. All you need to do is budge the screws and then its easy. No need to go out and buy special tools. Where there's a will there's a way. |

They are anti-tamper torx screws. Any decent parts shop or hobby shop should stock the drivers required to work with them.
