hey has anyone put a brake booster and master from a xy to an xt and a xa steering box into an xt as well not sure of the outcome just looking to change a few things so if anyone has done it did they have problems and is it possible

a mate and i put xb power steer into an xy a while ago. from memory you have to weld a piece in for one of the mounts. i don't think the booster would fit. xt's with factory discs had a remote booster.

I thought the bolt pattern of the XY steering box was different to the XA-XF ones.

well i think the xt steering column was different than the xy one as well so maybe i will have to try and adapt a xa steering column and box some how dont know ???
