[color=#FFFFFF][/color] having problems with my gears in my ea auto 1st will work and 2nd will work at the right revs but no D its like driveind a manule with 2 gears

is it a 3speed or 4 speed auto??

When in Drive put pressure on gear stick toward 2nd and then toward Neutral.
If this brings up drive then definately linkages. Trace vacuum line from manifold to modulator valve on box. Check kickdown cable isn't sticking. good luck.

ok tryed that made no difference still got no drive only goes in when i shift through manualy 1 2 d when on the move normly over 30 - 40 ks then can have it in drive. it kicks down quite well like normal so the cable is fine free.
so im still stuffed with it dose this help? hope so |
